Three of my favorite things: My 2 kiddos, anything outside, and winter! 

Something I do outside of work:  Lots of nature hikes especially to waterfalls or beaches and foraging the woods for wild foods!!

Why I do what I do: I’ve lived it, and couldn’t get the help I needed sooner because I couldn’t find someone to help me, because none of the help could truly understand what I was dealing with. Unless you have lived it (or with it) you’ll never truly get it. That’s why I do it. I get it!!
