Services Overview
Our Services
Each of our programs are peer run and operated, which means every provider has lived experience in at least one area of mental health struggle or addiction. We've been there, done that, and are here to inspire and guide you on your path to wholeness.
Mental Health Residential Treatment Facilities
Our Residential Treatment Homes are primarily for folks with serious mental illness, but can be co-occurring with substance use disorders.
Lotus House is a peer-run, rurally located, 16 bed, home-like, Residential Treatment Facility serving individuals under the Psychiatric Security Review Board and the Lane County Choice Program.
Restwell House is a peer-run, rurally located, 5 bed Residential Treatment Home for Young Adults in Transition, aged 17.5-24 years old.
Therapeutic Services
Peer Support
Peer Support is in everything we do. Each program is run by a peer with lived experience in the area of addiction or mental health. Individuals enrolled in residential treatment, outpatient mental health, and outpatient substance abuse and dependence treatment are all provided a peer support person, matched with similar life experiences.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback, also known as EEG (electroencephalogram) biofeedback, is a therapeutic intervention that provides immediate feedback from a computer-based program that assesses a client’s brainwave activity to help patients recognize their thought patterns and try to modify them. Through this process, clients can learn to regulate and improve their brain function and hopefully alleviate symptoms of various neurological disorders and mental health conditions.
Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Our SUD program is one-on-one, individualized treatment from a harm reduction approach. We provide integrated care, which can address multiple areas with one team (mental health, addiction, eating disorders, gambling, and intellectual/developmental disabilities). We join you wherever you are at on your journey of recovery, and we’ll never expect abstinence to participate or use shame when you’re struggling. While we put the control and decision-making into your hands, we can work with folks who have court mandated requirements to meet.
Mental Health Therapy
At our mental health practice, we blend expert care with innovative approaches to offer tailored therapy that suits your unique needs. We recognize the complexities of mental health and focus on understanding your life's journey and mental landscape. Our goal is to empower you with clarity, healing, and coping skills for life's challenges. Whether through traditional sessions or unconventional methods like outdoor walks or art projects, we're committed to crafting a treatment plan that resonates with your communication style and life preferences.
