Something I do outside of work:  write poetry, work with crystals and herbs and spend quality time with loved ones

Why I do what I do: I have multiple years of lived experience in both the mental health and addiction realms. Until recently, I walked through these areas of my life alone and in silent pain. I feel that no human should have to travel these roads without compassion, support, understanding and guidance. It is my intent to walk beside those individuals in a position of service without judgment and condemnation while being an example of how it is possible to overcome and obtain stability and mental wellness.
